The following arrangements apply to school fees and charges:
Term 1, 2021 fee invoices will be generated in the week of December 14, 2020 with a due date of January 15, 2021. You will be notified once invoices are available on the Community Portal for you to view.
You may pay fees and charges by cash/EFTPOS in person, direct deposit, direct debit, cheque, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or by BPay.
Payment in Advance
Due dates to receive a discount for paying the full 2021 fees paid in advance are as follows:
a. 3% discount if paid before October 30, 2020
b. 2% discount if paid before January 15, 2021
Please note that the discount applies to tuition fees only.
Please complete the respective form below to assist us in calculating the total fee payable on your account. Return the completed form by 23 October if you are taking advantage of the 3% discount or by 11 December if you are taking advantage of the 2% discount.
Payment Arrangement Plan
If you wish to settle your school fee account by making regular instalments, please complete the Periodic Payment Arrangement Plan form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 18th of December 2020. You will be advised of your payment arrangement amount prior to the start of term 1.
Charter bus usage
Registration for the use of charter buses in the current year will automatically roll over to 2021. Please advise Leanne Vroonland, the Transport Officer, if you no longer want to use the bus services. If the bus or stop has changed, then complete and return the School Charter Bus Registration form to email@example.com by the 30th of October 2020.
