What do you love about your job?

I am a Human Resources Generalist - this provides a huge amount of variety in my role. I lead and shape the activities relating to employment and organisational culture within my company

What career advice would you give to your younger self?

Take one step at a time and be open to opportunities that you don't know will be there - is an approach that will work for you. It doesn't make sense for everyone to make 5-10 year goals when you don't know what you're capable of and what opportunities will open up for you.
