It is free to attend Yarra's Community Festival! All are welcome to come along and enjoy the fun of the fair.
Ride wristbands can be purchased from the Tickets Stall on the day.
Volunteer on a Stall
Our Festival is only possible thanks to the work of our many generous volunteers! We need over 300 in total, so if you would like to volunteer on a stall on the day, please visit the online roster HERE. It's a great way to get to know other Yarra parents and friends and feel a real part of the Yarra Community. You may like to pair up with a friend and volunteer together.

It's never to late to add your books, CDs or DVDs to the Second-Hand Book Stall!
Bring them with you on the day, or just come and shop from our fabulous selection in Room A01 in the Senior Student Centre!
Yarra Foundation Silent Auction
It’s Yarra’s Community Festival time… so that means its Yarra Foundation Silent Auction time!
Even if you are unable to join us in person on Saturday at Yarra’s Community Festival (for more details see www.yvg.vic.edu.au/festival), you can still join in the fun of our Silent Auction by bidding online at www.32auctions.com/YVG2022.
There are lots of fabulous prizes to be won: Shane Warne memorabilia, wine experiences, restaurant vouchers, baby goods and much much more!
Bid for yourself, perhaps bid for a Christmas present for a loved one!... Whatever you do, make sure you bid!
Auction closes 7pm this Saturday, 15 October. And if you are at Yarra’s Community Festival and win an item, you can pick it up from the Senior Student Centre between 7pm and 7.45pm, so come and join in the fun of the fair.

Cinema on the Oval
We are really excited to be screening Top Gun (1986)!
Due to the volume of rain in the lead up to Saturday, we have relocated the free movie screening to the warmth of the George wood Performing Arts Centre (PAC) just near the Oval. It will commence at 8pm in the PAC with wine, soft drinks, choc tops, popcorn and fairy floss available from the PAC kiosk during the movie.
We are also looking forward to a special aircraft formation flyover at Yarra on the day!
You can join in and feel the need for speed by dressing up with some Top Gun accessories at the photo booth throughout the afternoon..
Croydon Hills Men's Shed
We are very excited to have Croydon Hills Men's Shed joining us for the afternoon with a mini car show (in the car park near the Senior Students Centre)!
